* Make sure datacenter is operated 24x7x365 with skilled technical qualified staff with security personnel monitoring security issues round the clock.
* Crosscheck about the authority who have access to video logs and other security logs. Is there any procedure to get such records.
* You should choose a datacenter which is insured against loss due to theft, fire, flood or any natural calamity which may occure at any point of time.
